The Goodwill Nation ── a founding teaser
Good does not vanish. It compounds as social capital.
One person's good deed is inscribed as a proof — an unforgeable record. For every deed inscribed, the nation gains capital, and a door opens — a seat, a room, a tie to another person. 積善 (SEKIZEN, accumulated good). A house that accumulates good is sure to have blessings to spare.
The three phases ── the arc
We do not raise a nation overnight. First we build a small, certain village, and its people call the next. Once we pass 10,000, the growth carries itself. This is the threshold.
The founding people. The first to prove the nation's spirit not in words, but in the flesh. A core built not on numbers, but on density.
Each of the founding people invites a few of their own. The invited take root and become cores who invite the next.
Lineage begets lineage. Once we pass 10,000, the growth can no longer be stopped. The founding.
How it accumulates ── good deeds become capital

Rank cannot be bought with money. This is the marrow of Goodwill Capitalism. Mercenaries leave for money. Believers remain for meaning. So this nation is built on meaning.

Ranks & lineage
A nation that rises by invitation count alone will eventually break. A nation of good deeds alone will not spread. So rank is set on two axes: merit (good deeds, sustained) and ties (endorsement, lineage). With only one, you stall partway.
#001–500. The first 500 inscribed at the moment of the founding. Sealed forever at 500 — no one may enter afterward.
One who raised a "House" with themselves as its origin. The more the lineage grows, the more surplus blessing returns.
A singular merit whose name is inscribed in the nation's history. Conferred in the weekly address.
The reflux of surplus blessing ── the house of accumulated good
This is not an ornament of words — it is the very mechanism of this nation. The citizens you invited, and the citizens they invited — the lineage that begins with you is called a "House." The good your House's citizens accumulate returns to its Founder as merit.
What returns is merit, not money. Not a structure that siphons upward (money rising from below), but one that reflects back (the good below reflected into the merit above). This is the single point on which this nation differs from every other community.
Benefit ── what your rank actually opens
Rank in this nation is no ornament. With every rise, a door you can actually use opens — not as dividend or yield, but as access to experiences and rooms.
The seal ── the mark that cannot be rewritten
Good deeds, lineage, your own prophecy — all of it we seal with SHA-256 and publish with the date. No price is attached. It cannot be sold. That is precisely why it becomes trust.
The record of the economy ── published weekly
Good numbers and bad numbers alike. Recorded in a place that cannot be falsified, and published in the weekly State of the Nation address. Hiding nothing is this nation's only collateral.
These are a record of activity in this place. They neither indicate nor promise any financial gain, yield, or investment return. Proofs cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash, and are not financial products. The contents of the doors (benefits) may change at the discretion of the operators.
Rites ── the rites of the nation
Every week, the nation speaks of its own shape. People are welcomed by having their names called; ranks are conferred before others. Good that is not recorded is treated as though it never was. So we record it.
The Chronicle
When, who, what. All of it inscribed with the date, and published. Because it is built on a record that cannot be falsified, no one can later call it a fabrication. This is the only way to prove that this nation is "the world's first case."
The distance to the teacher ── the reward is nearness
The reward is not money. The more you invite and accumulate good, the more the distance to the one who teaches narrows. From the inner circle, to a knee-to-knee one-on-one.
Your good becomes a proof that does not vanish.
And then, the nation's capital.
Do a good thing, be confirmed by a third party, be inscribed. For every deed inscribed, your merit accumulates, and is passed on as lineage to the next generation.
